“2-Year Warranty” on Machine
DMG MORI offers a two-year new machine warranty.For machines delivered in Japan, the warranty covers parts and repair labor costs for two years from the date of installation.

"5‑Year Warranty" for Key Components
DMG MORI has introduced a 5-year warranty for selected key components of its machine tools, starting with machines shipped from April 2026.
The 5 year warranty covers “turnMASTER” spindles, “turretMASTER” turrets, and “ERGOline X” control panels. We also plan to extend the warranty periods for other major components in due course.
turnMASTER
These spindles deliver impressive performance for heavy cutting and other work requiring rigidity. The labyrinth structure has been improved to support the frequent use of high-pressure coolant, and a spindle air purge comes standard equipped to prevent coolant from entering the spindle, for excellent spindle durability. These high-performance spindles provide superior cutting ability and durability to help increase productivity.

turretMASTER
The turretMASTER offers milling capabilities equivalent to machining centers, and its BMT (Built in Motor Turret) minimizes heat and vibration for outstanding machining accuracy.
