The MASTER Series of high-performance spindles consists of a lineup of products, including speedMASTER spindles capable of a maximum rotation speed of 30,000 min-1, powerMASTER spindles with impressive rigidity, compactMASTER turn-mill spindles that are among the smallest in their class, turnMASTER spindles that provide superior cutting ability and excellent durability, and highly rigid 5X-torqueMASTER spindles for 5-axis machining ideal for heavy cutting.
*5-year warranty is for turnMASTER only. Other spindles carry a 3-year warranty.
Main lineup and features
speedMASTER high-speed, high-torque spindles
speedMASTER spindles operate at impressively high speed and make use of a unique structure for stable machining across the entire speed range. The maximum torque has been increased over that of the previous model to provide unprecedentedly powerful performance.
speedMASTER 30k spindles are designed to operate at a maximum spindle rotation speed of 30,000 min-1, for even faster high-speed machining to significantly reduce machining times. The output of the spindle has been increased to support work under machining conditions ideal across a wide area, resulting in a highly reliably spindle capable of operating continuously at 30,000 min-1 for more than 600 hours.

powerMASTER high-rigidity spindles
These powerful spindles provide a maximum spindle torque of 808 N・m and spindle output of 85/40 kW* as standard, to deliver high performance in a wide variety of machining areas ranging from rough machining to finish machining, and support process integration ideal for your circumstances.

compactMASTER highly rigid and compact turn-mill spindles
With a total length of just 350 mm, compactMASTER high-rigidity spindles are equipped with a direct drive spindle (DDS) to remain compact while ensuring operation over a wide machining area. They can help boost productivity by expanding the range of applicable workpieces and further integrating processes.

turnMASTER high-quality, high-performance spindles
These spindles deliver impressive performance for heavy cutting and other work requiring rigidity. The labyrinth structure has been improved to support the frequent use of high-pressure coolant, and a spindle air purge comes standard equipped to prevent coolant from entering the spindle, for excellent spindle durability. These high-performance spindles provide superior cutting ability and durability to help increase productivity.

5X-torqueMASTER spindles fully combine the benefits of a powerful B-axis and high-torque gear-driven spindle, for simultaneous 5-axis machining and a maximum spindle torque of 1,800 N・m.
