An oil-type bar feeder with only one setup operation (finger chuck)

Oil's fluid property is further leveraged in the new hydraulic dynamic support. Combined with high-rigidity adjustable steady rests at the tip and the steady rests in the middle, it makes the optimal oil-type bar feeder for workpieces with middle- to large-diameter.

Multiple steady rests (oil feeder overview)

A material is firmly held by support bushes that fit a feed pipe's shape, as well as steady rest bushes at the tip and steady rest rollers in the middle that fit a material's diameter. Anti-vibration equipment also absorbs the material's vibration during rotations. It supplies oil in a support, and hydraulic cushion generated by the rotation reduces the friction between material and bush, as well as vibration.

1.Support bushes should be located to fit the spindle's internal diameter
2.A feed rot should be located to fit the spindle's internal diameter.
