Vertical Multi-process Grinding Machine「CVG-6」+ Automation system「MATRIS」

This video introduces an automated system that combines TAIYO KOKI's "CVG-6" vertical grinding machine and DMG MORI's "MATRIS" modular robot system.
The CVG-6 can process ID, OD and end faces in one chuck, allowing the grinding process to be integrated into a single machine.
Furthermore, by using the pallet handling type MATRIS, it is possible to handle workpieces of various shapes in high-mix low-volume production and continuous operation with stable accuracy even at night.
