IGV-1NT is a high-efficiency CNC Small-type Vertical Grinding Machine which has excellent operability and space-saving feature, and performs multi-process grinding with turret-type wheelhead.
This model is applicable for small-size workpiece up to max loading weight 40 kg(88 lb), work spindle swing ø180mm(7.0 in). Floor space at standard spec : 1,190mm(46.9in) × 3,100mm(122.1in). It is specialized in high-accuracy and high-efficiency ID/OD/face grinding of mass-produced precision parts, and flexible for various market needs with extensive options including automation.
