Thread grinding machine achieving high accuracy and high rigidity

TGN30/30 is a simple Thread Grinding Machine which realized workability on a par with cylindrical grinding machine. This model's distance between centers is 300 mm(11.8 in). Numerical-controlled swivel of wheel spindle stock enables easy change of helix angle, and also locating dresser in the back of work spindle improves stability of pitch diameter of thread. Replacement of the grinding wheel has been made easier, on the same level as cylindrical grinding machine. Moreover, full-closed control on each axis realizes high-accuracy thread grinding.
