Vertical Mate 85 2^nd Generation is a CNC Vertical Multi-process Grinding Machine which is the successor model of the Vertical Mate 85 1st generation with high-precision and multi-process grinding.
This model is applicable for middle/big-size workpiece up to max loading weight 700 kg(1,543 lb), work spindle swing ø850 mm(33.4 in). SpeedMASTER LongNose grinding spindle developed with DMG MORI realizes highest output and rotation speed of the conventional series. Automatic measuring device and Z-axis scale, which are essential for high-precision grinding, are included as standard.
