LASERTEC 30 SLM US is an SLM type additive manufacturing machine that spreads fine powder material layer by layer and then uses a laser to selectively fuse parts of the material.
It features a cast-iron mechanical structure and is equipped with Magnescale SmartSCALE on the Z-axis, for increased rigidity and positioning accuracy. It is equipped with a programmable laser with a maximum output of 1,200 W and uses adaptive beam control for laser output and shape (Gaussian mode or ring mode), allowing it to add layers up to three times faster than conventional models. It also includes a 48 L powder tank for long machining jobs, increasing productivity.
