CTS(Central Tool Storage)

The optimal large capacity tool magazine for automated, high-mix low-volume production

CTS is equipped with a tool rack magazine and transfer robot that can carry tools between the storage and the magazine of each machine. Production plan is achieved as scheduled by Central tool management via CTS operation panel and tools transfer in conjunction with the machining plan. Operators only need to place the tools into the TSS (Tool Setup Station) and the robot will automatically transfer them to the designated tool magazine. Furthermore, operators can easily do setups without interfering with the machining processes.
