"TOPlus mini" quick-change power collet chuck

(1) Collet can easily be replaced by anyone in under 10 seconds using a special jig

Use a special changing fixture jig to easily and safely attach and remove the clamping head. Both manual and pneumatic models are available. Select either the one-handed or two-handed holding model depending on the size.
 

(2) Hexagonal pyramid shape for excellent gripping force and dust resistance

Attached using a special rubber, the clamping head slides when making surface contact with the chuck, reducing sliding resistance and enhancing clamping force transmission efficiency. This results in 25% higher gripping force compared with round clamping heads, for even greater clamp rigidity.
It also significantly increases the chip dust resistance of the sliding surface, making it ideal for machining castings, forged parts, and non-ferrous metals such as brass. The runout of the retracting chuck is 10 μm* or less, for more stable productivity.

^*Premium specification has a guaranteed runout of 5 μm or less.
 

(3) Ideal for automatic collet replacement by robots

Adapters can be attached to support a variety of clamps, allowing a single machine tool to be used with various workpieces. Collet replacement can also be automated through means such as robots.
