Main features

1. PLC and servo motor for reduced cycle times

LNS' unique servo technology can calculate the optimal torque for material and then quickly and accurately send the material at the optimal speed. This allows for machining without any need for a bar stopper, which can reduce cycle times and reduce costs.

Simply enter the material diameter in the menu, and everything else is automatically adjusted, allowing anyone to accurately adjust centering without using any tools. This reduces time spent on setup switching and also reduces operational errors, which can improve productivity.
