High-performance bar feeders with industry-leading vibration damping performance

Main features
1. High-rigidity structure
The thick steel beam in the center and a base designed for balance provide excellent rigidity.
2. Superior vibration damping performance
It features the IEMCA bar material guide system with a sealed structure and superior vibration absorption performance. The arc-shaped internal diameter and continuous structure create an almost completely sealed space (IEMCA patented) filled with high-viscosity oil. When the bar material is rotated, it generates a fluid bearing effect that reduces vibration and noise.
3. Extended unsupervised operation
BOSS Series products can use a multi-magazine (1,800 mm capacity), bundle magazine (max. 2 ton capacity), or open access bundle magazine with a maximum capacity of 2 tons ("OAB magazine" below). All material shelves have been designed in accordance with international ergonomic standards.
4. New touchscreen
The 7-inch touchscreen supports Japanese text and is equipped with special functions including support for Industry 4.0, allowing for simple and intuitive operation.
High-rigidity structure
BOSS incorporates a single thick steel beam in the center. The heavy-duty platform significantly improves the rigidity of the entire machine and absorbs at least 60% of the vibration of rotating bar material compared with conventional models even when feeding irregularly shaped material or difficult bar material, to support stable cutting.
Machining vibration is reduced, which can extend the life of the machine tool spindle.
