The ultimate general-purpose bar feeder with no need to spend time on setup switching
MAESTRO bar feeders are capable of handling bar material from Φ10 to 100 mm, and provide both superior vibration damping performance and general-purpose properties. They can minimize labor and time spent on setup switching, to support high-mix low-volume production.

Main features
1. Superior general-purpose properties
The cutting-edge ABACOS bar material guide system provides excellent vibration damping performance and allows the bar material diameter to be changed within 5 minutes. For example, when changing from Φ25 to Φ75 bar material, switching the setup is just a matter of replacing the finger collet and changing one parameter.
2. High-rigidity structure
The extremely rigid body suppresses vibration during machining, helping to increase the speed when machining large or square materials and to reduce product defect rates.
3. Extended unsupervised operation
MAESTRO can be equipped with an UP magazine (with a maximum load width of 790 mm) or an open access bundle magazine ("OAB magazine" below) with a capacity of 2.5 tons. All material shelves have been designed in accordance with international ergonomic standards.
4. New touchscreen
The 7-inch touchscreen supports Japanese text and is equipped with special functions including support for Industry 4.0, allowing for simple and intuitive operation.
ABACOS - Adaptive Bar Control System
IEMCA's patented ABACOS is a new system capable of automatically adjusting the steady rest device. This eliminates the need for users to manually adjust the steady rest device, making it possible to change the machining bar material diameter simply by replacing the finger collet and changing a setting on the operation panel. ABACOS is equipped with the following functions:
- Bar material guide
- Pneumatic system to damp bar material vibration
- Bar pusher can be tightened to improve material feeding stability
*The steady rest bushing must be replaced when using square material.

**The minimum bar material diameter supported by the OAB magazine is Φ15 mm. The OAB magazine does not support square materials.
