Tool Presetter with Shrinkage-fitting Unit

The VIO series is a tool presetter that can accurately measure tools up to 1,000 mm in diameter and 1,000 mm in length. It features a FEM-optimized and thermally stable construction.
The VIO linear toolshrink features the shrinkage-fitting unit to offer both shrinkage-fitting and tool measurement in a single process. Thanks to the linear drives, it achieves high-speed, high-accuracy shrinkage-fitting and positioning for tool measurement.
