WASINO's Super-high-precision Flat Tooling CNC Lathe

The G-07M is a super-high-precision flat tooling CNC lathe that WASINO is pride of. It features a left/right symmetrical bed to maintain stable machining accuracy; a high-performance spindle; and the largest X-axis travel in its class at 480 mm. Equipped with a milling unit as standard, the machine achieves high-efficiency machining of complex workpieces.
The machine has successfully reduced cycle times by achieving “zero indexing time,” which was made possible by the use of flat tooling. In addition to high-efficiency machining, it also meets a wide range of customer requirements including finishing, hard turning, and high-added-value machining, with the high precision unique to flat tooling.
