Easy and accurate measurement of tooling balance to achieve stable machining during high-speed rotation
Operators pay close attention to tool balance. When the cutting condition is not clearly decided, quality of finished workpieces cannot be stable even if cutting is done with the same tool on the same machine under the same condition. Even if tools are kept in balance during low-speed machining, when the feeding or rotation speed is increased, it causes tools to become off balance. So the speed needs to be lowered.
