The LASERTEC 125 DED hybrid is a hybrid solution that incorporates the additive manufacturing function into a 5-axis machining center. The LASERTEC 125 DED hybrid is possible to build up parts up to 1,250mm diameter,745mm height and 2,000 kg weight. Combining directed energy deposition and milling processes on one machine, the LASERTEC 125 DED hybrid demonstrates outstanding performance in various applications, such as machining of complex-shaped parts for aircraft and medical components, and repair or coating on parts for corrosive wear protection, and building up gradient and multi-material.
