High-precision, Automatic Measurement with High-speed Linear Drives

The VIO series is a tool presetter that can accurately measure tools up to 1,000 mm in diameter and 1,000 mm in length. It features a FEM-optimized and thermally stable construction.
Designed to offer automatic measurement, the VIO linear employs linear drives for high-accuracy positioning and achieves positioning accuracy of ±2 μm.
