Bridge-type, 5-sided/5-axis Machine with High-speed Pallet Changer
The DMC portal series models are large, 5-sided/5-axis machines that employ a stable, bridge-type structure to achieve high accuracy and dynamic performance. The model enables 5-sided/5-axis machining with one setup, contributing to improvement of customers' productivity.
The DMC 210 U is equipped with a high-speed pallet changer, which enables the operator to do setups for the next process during machining. The model ensures efficient production of large workpieces.
The DMC 210 FD mounts the mill-turn table (FD type) equipped with the direct drive, achieving both milling and turning on one machine. The model comes with a φ1,850 mm mill-turn table (FD type) and handles workpieces up to 5,000 kg.
