5-Axis Vertical Machining Center with Outstanding Productivity

NMV3000 DCG 2^nd Generation achieves high-efficiency, high-precision machining of small and complex-shaped workpieces for the automotive and aircraft industries with the DMG MORI original technologies: the DCG (Driven at the Center of Gravity), DDM (Direct Drive Motor), ORC (Octagonal Ram Construction).
As an option, the system is compatible with automated systems, including the AWC (Automatic Workpiece Changer), pallet changers, the MATRIS robot system, and the CTS (Central Tool Storage), enabling small-batch, high-variety production as well as operations during nights and holidays, thereby improving machine utilisation rates.
