High-precision Turning Center Featuring Y-axis
The A 150Y | 18 is a high-precision compact multiprocessing turning center that, despite having a space-saving design, achieves process integration through turning and milling.
Designed for high-precision machining throughout, including the adoption of stainless steel covers, the machine achieves a dimensional accuracy of 4.0 μm and circularity of 0.8 μm even from a cold start.
It shows excellent performance in machining of complex shapes and high-added-value machining, with an 18-station turret the largest in the class featured as standard, and the largest Y-axis travel in the class at 100 mm.
