Features
1. Ideal for machining for workpiece sizes of approximately 200 mm square
Prevents spindle unit and table interference during workpiece machining (at a tilt angle from 0 to 90°)
2. Highly rigid with excellent holding force
The structure increases the rigidity of the vise, and the rigid structure of the holding section provides excellent gripping force
3. The cap orientation can be changed, for an opening that makes maximum use of the vise
The caps (with an opening from 0 to 132) can be reversed to support workpieces up to 205 mm
4. A selection of caps to suit a variety of workpieces
In addition to the standard grip cap, optional dovetail and self-cutting caps are also available
5. Supports tall workpieces (using parallel bars)
Supports workpiece through-hole machining as well as machining of tall workpieces (using optional parallel bars)
