Dyna Line supports programming for tool measurement using CMOS laser sensor. Parameters are input by conversational programming method, which enables operators to have easy and accurate tool measurement.

CMOS laser sensor measures not only tool length/diameter, but also tool profile while a tool is rotating. This sensor measures tools with up to 12 flutes, and shows flute run-out.
