Tool Presetter "VIO Series"

High-accuracy tool measurement with maximum usability and functionality

The VIO series is a tool presetter capable of accurately measuring tools up to 1,000 mm in diameter and 1,000 mm in length. It features an FEM-optimized, thermally stable construction. The VIO series provides three variations: "VIO basic" offers both semi-automatic and manual measurements; "VIO linear" achieves high-accuracy automatic measurement of complex-shaped tools with linear drives; and "VIO linear toolshrink" comes with the shrink fit unit to offer both shrink-fitting and tool measurement in a single process.
