・With DDM (Direct Drive Motor) on the B/C-axis for zero backlash and high-speed feed rates.
・The FD table enables process integration of milling and turning.
・By incorporating the gear solution “Gear Production⁺”, the NMV 2^nd Generation enables the integration of processes from cutting machining to gear machining and gear measurement within a single machine.
・SUS covers equipped as standard against in-machine chip accumulation.
・Efficient & intuitive control by ERGOline X with CELOS X
・Standard tool storage capacity is 31 tools, expandable to maximum of 320 tools with optional equipment. All operations required for tool setup are integrated managed via the Magazine Operation Panel.
・Combined with the pallet changer of the automation system, continuous operation becomes possible.
