DMG MORI formulated an action plan in accordance with the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children," and in 2007 the company was granted the Kurumin certification by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a company proactively supporting the raising of the next generation.
The Kurumin certification is given to businesses that achieved their targets set out in their action plans as a testament to the company's commitment to supporting employees' work-family balance.
