Respect for Human Rights

Basic Policy

DMG MORI operates on a global level, and treats respect and consideration for human rights as a crucial issue.
In response to this crucial issue, we operate under the mission statement "to contribute our fair share to our local community and society as an industry leader and responsible corporate citizen." This means that we comply with international standards on human rights and labor, and with national laws and regulations on workers' rights and working hours, such as respecting individual human rights; prohibiting the use of child labor or forced labor; and prohibiting discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, language, nationality, religion, physical handicaps, or beliefs.
We will fulfill our responsibilities in promoting respect for human rights by addressing the impact that our business activities have on human rights.
