Horizontal Boring Meets Power and Speed
The PBN200 delivers the highest cutting performance even at the maximum W-axis extension with the boring Master quill-type spindle featuring a Ø200 mm quill. Thanks to its 400 V specification, the spindle achieves a maximum speed of 10,000 min-1, a maximum output of 80 kW, and a maximum torque of 1,414 N·m. To enable high-speed processing, the machine's X- and Z-axes are equipped with roller guideways, while the Y-axis, located closest to the cutting point, utilizes sliding guideways with excellent vibration-damping characteristics. The result is a hybrid design that combines high-speed performance with outstanding rigidity.
