From July to the end of October 2025, the DMG MORI SAILING TEAM (hereinafter “the Team”) hosted the "JAPAN TOUR 2025" with professional sailor Kojiro Shiraishi at the marinas of Yokohama, Ashiya, and Shin Nishinomiya to allow a close look at the yacht that conquered both the seven seas at the Vendée Globe 2024-2025 solo, non-stop, round-the-world yacht race and the hearts of fans nationwide alike.

We are honored that more than 5,000 fans, including team sponsors, customers, and elementary and kindergarten students, visited us to marvel at the yacht that had successfully ascended the Everest of the Seas. These four months showed us the potential of yachting and sailing in Japan, and we hope that we could spark everyone’s interest in this exciting sport.

In the meanwhile, the Team is working hard and relentlessly pursuing its three main goals: 1) to compete in "THE OCEAN RACE 2027" for the first time, 2) to spread the culture of yachting and sailing in Japan, and 3) to foster the next generation of skippers and engineers. We are counting on your warm and continued support!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who attended the “JAPAN TOUR 2025.” Despite the limited time, more than 5,000 guests gathered to see the DMG MORI Global One, and I deeply enjoyed the chance to convey the charm of challenging the sea.

This tour marked the final public appearance of the DMG MORI Global One. Still, there can be no greater joy than knowing that it will remain in the hearts of the people of Japan. From now on, we will take on the world's oceans with our new vessel and do everything in our power to overcome any rough waves and return to the waters of Japan once again.

Rest assured that we will courageously push ahead and steer with more energy than ever before to inspire everyone. We appreciate your continued support.
