Following the announcement at JIMTOF2024 last November, the platform has been upgraded with new features and is now fully operational.

Launched in 2018, my DMG MORI is a customer portal that allows users to view machine manuals, request repairs, order spare parts, and take e-learning courses online. Given that machine tools are used for over 10 years, my DMG MORI supports customers in driving their Machining Transformation (MX) throughout the entire machine lifecycle. In Japan, approx.13,000 companies have already registered.

The newly added my DMG MORI eMarket allows my DMG MORI members to easily purchase consumables like cutting tools or raw material, which are part of our Lifecycle DMQP (DMG MORI Qualified Products). Since 2022, Members can also utilize the Parts Selector to purchase spare parts.

By partnering with TRUSCO NAKAYAMA CORPORATION's TRUSCO Orange-Book.com, my DMG MORI eMarket offers a selection of approx. 6 million items, with the option for same-day shipping*1. By registering machine information with my DMG MORI, users can easily manage their inventory of peripherals by machine type and purchase new items at any time. Payment options include invoicing and credit card payments.

With my DMG MORI eMarket, customers can enjoy the benefits of the online shop, access solutions for their tool or programming needs and make full use of the close partnership between our experienced engineers and tool manufacturers*2.
